Elvis Presley’s historic mansion in Tennessee, Graceland, is up for foreclosure, but a court in Tennessee has put a temporary stop to the sale, reports RTE.

Chancellor of Shelby County JoeDae Jenkins postponed the property’s auction, which was supposed to go on Thursday.

Actress Riley Keough, a granddaughter of Elvis Presley, had launched a lawsuit in an attempt to stop the sale of the expansive home near Memphis, reports RTE.

Graceland was being put up for auction by a business named Naussany Investments & Private Lending, which claimed that Keough’s mother, Lisa Marie Presley, had pledged it as security for a $3.8 million loan in 2018.

The lone child of Elvis Presley, Lisa Marie, passed away in January, reports RTE.
