Enjoy while it lasts: Milder conditions expected on Saturday with temperatures expected to reach the low teens

Over the past few days we have been subjected to the typical Irish winter conditions snowfall has hit many places whilst temperatures have dropped below zero.

Well now it seems we are in for a reprieve as Met Eireann say today Saturday will be a whole lot milder with temperatures expected to reach the low teens.

The milder conditions will be welcome change for many as temperatures are expected to reach between 12-13C in most places.

However the change in the weather will have its drawbacks as the national forecaster say heavy rainfall is expected throughout the day.

Although the brief change won’t last long as the weather will take turn for the worse on Sunday, with hail, rain, and snow turning the day into a rather miserable one.

Met Eireann also say the return of the  wintery conditions will bring lows of -3C or -4C are forecast on Sunday night.
