It doesn’t get much worse than this.
Police in the UK are desperate to find an evil thug who allegedly stole a mobile phone off a lady who was having an epileptic seizure on the street.
Police have released the above CCTV image of the woman, the best still image that they have, in an effort to locate her from someone recognising her and contacting them.
The incident happened outside Selly Oak railway station in Birmingham.
The alleged thief approached the woman pretending to help, before reaching into the woman’s pocket, taking her phone, and walking away.
