Dalian Atkinson, a former footballer who played for Aston Villa, has died after being tasered by police.
It is understood that police were called to his house following a domestic disturbance, and that a taser was used due to concerns about Mr. Atkinson’s safety.
The former footballer, 48, died about 90 minutes later.
