Paul Kelly, the disgraced ex-CEO of the Console helpline, has been found dead at his luxury home in Kildare.
It is understood that gardai are not looking for anyone else in relation to Mr Kelly’s death.
Mr. Kelly had recently been notified of a decision to charge him over a €500,000 scandal at the charity he ran.
An investigation into the charity is ongoing.
