It doesn’t get much worse than this, folks – Fianna Fail’s Niall Collins TD has admitted voting on behalf on Timmy Dooley TD who blatantly couldn’t be bothered staying in the Dail to vote last Thursday.
This really does go beyond the pale in terms of showing contempt to you, the hard earned Irish public. Obviously it would appear that these two TDs couldn’t care less about their constituents and what way they want to be represented in the Dail.
Fianna Fail leader Micheal Martin told both TDs that they had to step down from the front bench temporarily until a major report and investigation is undertaken into the matter.
Even Martin himself was forced to admit that the matter was completely unacceptable. It would appear that Timmy Dooley and Niall Collins have absolutely no integrity in relation to voting in Dail matters and as many social media users have already stated, their constituents should remember what an atrocious lack of care they showed this week when they’re asking to re-elected in the next General Election.
