Failed former US President Donald Trump is reportedly on his way to the notoriously rough Fulton County penitentiary in Georgia, where he will be processed like a common criminal.
The twice-impeached, four-time indicted, sexual-assault liable former TV personality faces multiple counts related to his efforts to overturn the results of the 2020 election.
Mr. Trump faces the following charges:
One count of violating the Racketeer Influence and Corrupt Organisations (RICO) statute
Three counts of solicitation of violation of oath by a public officer
One count of conspiracy to commit impersonating a public officer
Two counts of conspiracy to commit forgery in the first degree
Two counts of false statements and writings
Two counts of conspiracy to commit false statements and writings
One count of filing false documents
One count of conspiracy to commit filing false documents
Upon arrival at the facility, Mr. Trump will be booked, have his mugshot taken, and his height/weight measured. We will publish his mugshot when available.
It is understood that the former President has agreed to a cash bond of $200,000.
