Thousands of people across Ireland have taken part in the walk that sheds a light on suicide prevention, “Darkness into Light”.
In Ireland alone, from the tops of Donegal to the bottom of Kerry, literally thousands gathered in their local walk to support the Pieta House-fundraiser which started at 4am.
This year however the fundraiser saw people participating right across the world on 4 continents and over 150 venues. The theme of tonight’s walk was  “together is better”.
