The family of 21-yr-old David Kelly have appealed for witnesses to come forward to gardai with any information relating to a hit-and-run he was involved in earlier this week.
According to The Sun, the young man was making his way home to Croom, Co Limerick when he was knocked down and badly injured on Monday at around 2:30am.
It’s understood that the young man’s family believe he was struck by a vehicle around that time who continued on their way leaving David on the road with severe injuries.
The man’s uncle spoke with The Sun’s reporter and said that he hopes people who know anything will do the right thing and ring the gardai.
