Family who were inside Christchurch mosque at the time of shooting make urgent plea as three-year-old sibling is still missing




A family caught up in the devastating Christchurch, gun massacre have issued an urgent appeal for help as a three-year-old boy who was in the Deans Avenue Mosque, at the time of the attack has disappeared.

It is understood the boy Mucad Ibrahim, managed to flee the scene as the gunman who has since been named as Brenton Harrison Tarrant opened fire.

According to reports in New Zealand, little Mucad was with his dad and brother Abdi Ibrahim at the time of the shootings.

It is understood that the little boy got lost as his dad and brother played dead in order to avoid the shooter.

The search comes as 49 people and 86 others were injured in the deadly attack on Friday.
