The famous wee County town of Carlingford is well known for many things, amazing views, great little pubs, nice walks, plenty of activites and… home to fun-filled Leprechauns!

As legend goes, our little pals still stroke around the coastal village and if you’re free on April 17th, you might just get a chance to see one and even win a few prizes in the process!

The VisitCarlingford.com crew are gearing up to break the world record for the “Largest gathering of people dressed up as Leprechauns”.

What you waiting for? You’ve the chance to see a Leprechaun, win a prize and EVEN end up a world record breaker!

Just north east of Dundalk and 40 minutes north of Dublin, all proceeds of the family event will be generously donated to two worthy charities; The Maria Gorretti Foundation and The Louth County Council Malawi Development Fund.

Get your green top hats and pots of gold ready because you’re invited – Carlingford’s Leprechaun Hunt and record attempt are waiting for you on April 17th!
