Experts and concerned citizens have long expressed concerns about the super-fast broadband known as 5G with the city of Brussels going as far as to ban 5G entirely.
Now however, those fears have been reignited despite government assurances that they unfounded after footage and images have emerged showing plants and insects around 5G towers dying after the broadband went active.
Footage taken in Sierra Madre, California last month shows hundreds of bees lying lifeless surrounding a 5G tower.
In Ireland, many have linked county councils removing trees, some of which are decades old, in their constituency’s around the country to preparations for installing 5G towers.
