The Liberal has learned that the female coronavirus patient who was diagnosed on Sunday evening and is being treated in the east of the country is in a “very serious” condition.
It’s understood that health experts are very concerned about this particular lady who contracted the covid-19 as she contracted it via community transmission and she has an underlying health condition and was not in contact with someone who recently travelled back from Italy.
The woman is being treated in a hospital on the east coast but the HSE refuse to give out any further specific details.
