A female pedestrian has died after being struck by a car in an Irish county.
The accident happened in Greenane Street Lower, Kanturk, Co. Cork, on Tuesday morning.
The victim, a woman in her 60s, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Gardai are asking witnesses to contact Mallow Garda Station on 022 31450, or any Garda station.
