A 13-year-old female is in a serious condition in hospital this morning, after reportedly falling off a bridge in Mahon, Cork, earlier today.
A passerby discovered her and alerted emergency services. She was rushed to hospital with multiple fractures and internal injuries, though her condition is described as “stable”.
The exact circumstances of the incident are not yet known, Gardai are currently investigating CCTV footage of the area to try and determine exactly what happened.
