Hundreds of festival goers were forced to flee in the middle of the night as a huge fire ripped through the Coachella Festival site, located in Inland Empire’s Coachella Valley in the Colorado Desert in Indio, California.
It is understood that the fire started in the shower block, and quickly spread to nearby facilities.
The fire was contained at around 2.30am local time, and there were no reports of any injuries.
It is unclear at this point how the blaze started.
