Police in Wales have launched an investigation after a 13-year-old boy has sadly passed away in hospital after being found unconscious at a park in South Wales.
According to reports in the UK, the investigation comes after the young teenager was found at Ystrad Mynach Park on Caerphilly Road, Ystrad Mynach.
Police investigating the incident say they are yet to determine the cause of the boy’s death, and are currently treating his death as unexplained.
They adedd that his family are currently receiving support from specialist officers.
