In a case of stating the obvious, the Fianna Fail leader has said that the suspension of water charges is likely to remain beyond the proposed nine months.
He made the comments while speaking on the radio this morning, saying that the current charging system is unlikely to ever return because most TDs inside the Dáil are against it.
And once again, he insisted that those who have not yet paid their water charge should do so.
