Fianna Fail’s by-election candidate for Kilkenny town Bobby Aylward is facing the heat today after after a spelling blunder has appeared in numerous of his campaign posters across the town.
The blunder came to light after it was revealed that Mr Aylward’s new office in the centre of Kilkenny town is displaying posters urging people to vote for him in May’s upcoming “bye-election”, the error has seen many people have taking to social media to point out the rather unusual spelling mistake, with many stating the correct spelling of by-election.
The unusual error has left the Mr Aylward rather red faced with many questioning his leadership if was to be elected into power. Mr Aylward is currently the Fianna Fail candidate vying to fill former Environment Minister Phil Hogan’s seat.
