There was some good news for motorists as one of the country’s leading fuel providers Applegreen revealed that they are to slash prices by 4c a litre.
In an announcement the fuel provider said that prices will be slashed on their own unleaded and diesel fuelgood fuel.
The offer which has no quantity restrictions will last for a week after beginning on Thursday evening.
It is believed that the price cut comes as the price of crude oil has decreased in recent weeks.
