During an RTE interview with the Fine Gael Minister for Higher Education, Simon Harris, Claire Byrne asked Haris a number of questions about the expert medical advice being followed by his coalition FFG+ government.
In response to hotel quarantine policy the Higher Education Minister who has no medical background said “it was his “very firm view” that people who were fully vaccinated and had negative PCR tests should not have to quarantine in a hotel. To force them to do so “seems illogical” reports Breakingnews.ie.
