The Finnish embassy in Moscow has reportedly received a package containing a suspicious powder.
The incident comes days after Finland officially joined NATO, something that ailing Russian President Vladimir Putin wanted to avoid at all costs. His wishes have now exploded right back into his puffy face.
Finnish authorities are investigating the matter.
