The first batch of modular homes for Ukrainian refugees will be available next month at a site in Mahon, Cork.
It is understood that 316 such homes will be offered to refugees.
It is unclear if Ireland’s own homeless people, who may have been on housing lists for decades, will also be offered the same privilege.
