Gardaí in Dublin have confirmed that a total of five people have been arrested as part of an investigation targeting insurance fraud.
According to RTÉ News, the arrests come after a number of searches were carried out in West Dublin in April this year.
It is understood that three men aged in their 20s, 40s, and late teens were arrested in connection with the case which is said to involve 20 claims.
Gardaí also confirmed that two women aged in their 40s and 60s were arrested in connection with the investigation which is said to false claims of injury suffered through falls and slipping.
