Authorities in Spain have confirmed that five teenagers have been arrested in connection with the alleged gang-rape of a Norwegian woman.
According to The Daily Mail newspaper, the five teens aged between 18 and 19, were arrested following the alleged attack at a holiday home in Benidorm.
It is reported that the alleged victim a 20-year-old Norwegian student met the group with a female friend via social media.
Officers investigating the case say the woman who presented at a medical facility, told them that she and her friend went back to the holiday home with the five teens following a night out.
However it is believed that one of the women left the house during the night whilst the other stayed with the five men.
It is alleged that the five men attacked and gang-raped the woman shortly after the other woman left.
The five accused are expected to appear before court later this morning.
