Four Bulgarian citizens have been arrested after alleged racist behavior seen during the recent England v Bulgaria game on Monday evening.
The game, which England won 6-0, had to be stopped twice due to racist chants, nazi salutes, and other unbecoming behavior on the Bulgarian stand.
The president of the Bulgarian Football Union, Borislav Mihaylov, has resigned in the wake of the controversy.
