Four people have been injured after a light aircraft crash landed on a beach in Co Wexford this evening.
According to RTE News, two men aged in their 50s and 20s respectively along with two women aged in their 30s were taken to hospital following the incident which occurred at Carne Beach, near Carnsore Point.
It is understood that the pilot of the plane contacted the Irish Coast Guard after experiencing technical difficulties.
Gardai say the four injured people were taken to hospital with non life threatening injuries.
