Gardaí have confirmed that four people arrested in connection an alleged sexual assault in Rathmines, over the weekend have been released without charge.
It is understood the four men were arrested following the alleged incident which occurred in the early hours of Sunday morning.
However following questioning Gardaí confirmed that all four men have since been released without charge.
They added that a file is currently being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
