Four people have been killed, and many more injured, after gunmen opened fire at a garden party in California where at least 45 people were in attendance.
It is understood that family members and friends were gathered at a house in Fresno, California, when one or more gunmen snuck into the back garden and opened fire for reasons yet unknown.
Three people were killed outright and a fourth died later in hospital. Many more received non-fatal gunshot wounds.
The assailant is believed to have fled on foot. Local residents that this is the second home in the neighbourhood to be attacked in the past seven days.
