Four people, including two politicians, will face legal charges over the infamous ‘Golfgate’ incident.
Independent TD Noel Grealish and former Fianna Fáil TDDonie O’Sullivan are among the group facing legal action.
Both politicians are being charged in relation to their roles in organizing the event at Station House in Clifden in August last year. Over 80 people attended, even though the Government had only the day before said that large gatherings were not permitted due to Covid restrictions.
