Summer in France is all about eating with friends, drinking wine and people-watching in outdoor cafes, but from today, only those who have been vaccinated or have recently had a negative COVID-19 test can do so.

The new law also stipulates that health workers must be vaccinated before mid-September or suspended without pay indefinitely.
