Full Level 5 lockdown could be on the cards as the Government set to meet tomorrow




Ireland could be once again be placed in full Level 5 lockdown as the country continues to battle rising Covid-19 cases.

It is understood that Government ministers are set to meet tomorrow to discuss introducing further measures.

Although no official decision has been made, it is believed that non essential retail could be once again closed.

Meanwhile people would be unable to travel further than 5km from their home.

However it is thought that schools would still remain open even if further restrictions were introduced.

The news comes as Ireland reported 1,546 cases and 9 further deaths.
