There seems to be no end to the latest spike in road deaths, as a man in his 30s has sadly lost his life in a collision last night.
The incident occurred in the Tullyrap, Raphoe area of Donegal last night.
He was one of the two occupants of a car that collided with a lorry. Both were taken to Letterkenny Hospital, but the young man sadly passed away earlier today. The passenger, a young female, remains in hospital. The driver of the truck was uninjured.
