Gardaí in Dublin have launched an investigation following a cash in transit robbery on Friday evening.
The investigation comes after two men armed with a hammer robbed a cash box from a bank in Carrickmines Retail Park.
Gardaí say the two men fled the scene in a red Toyota Corolla car, which was later found burnt out a short distance away.
Although thankfully no one was injured in the incident, and the cash box was empty. Gardai say they are currently searching for the men involved.
