Gardai in Dublin have launched an investigation after a 5-year-old girl was injured following a hit and run incident in Dublin.
According to Dublin Live the investigation comes after the girl was injured whilst playing on her go kart in Kildonan Avenue, Finglas, at approximately 2:45pm on Tuesday afternoon.
Dublin Live reports that the young girl was taken to Temple Street Children’s Hospital after she sustained injuries to her foot.
It is understood that a Garda investigation is currently ongoing.
