Gardai in Co Cork have launched an investigation after a man aged in his 30s was found with serious head injuries over the weekend.
The investigation comes after the man was found on Chapel Street, in Bandon, at approximatley 3am on Sunday morning.
Gardai say the man was rushed to Cork University Hospital where he remains in serious condition.
