Gardai in Co Cork have begun an investigation after a man’s body was found at a house.
It is understood that the investigation comes after a man aged in his 40s was found dead at a house in Bishopstown at approximately 4pm on Friday.
Gardai say the man’s body has since been removed from the scene and he was taken to Cork University Hospital where a post mortem examination will take place.
They say the results of the post mortem examination will determine the course of their investigation.
