Gardai in Dublin have begun an investigation after a man’s body was recovered from the Grand Canal.
It is understood the man aged in his 20s was found at Dolphin’s Barn on Sunday afternoon.
Gardai say the man’s body has since been removed from the scene and a post-mortem examination will now take place.
They added that the results of the post-mortem examination will determine the course of their investigation.
