Met Eireann is today warning of much cooler temperatures arriving this evening, as Autumn sets in over Ireland.
According to the national forecaster, the weather over the coming days will be much fresher and unsettled, with heavy showers predicted.
Daytime temperatures are expected to sink to just 12-15C, while nights are set to be much cooler than lately, with the thermometer barely rising about 5C.
There is also a risk of thundery downpours in the next few days.
