Gardaí in Dublin have issued an appeal for information after a cyclist was seriously injured in a hit and run incident last Sunday.
The appeal comes after the cyclist was struck by a vehicle at Parkgate St outbound towards Conyngham Road, at approximately 2am.
Gardaí say although the man was taken to the Mater Hospital with serious injuries, it is believed that they are not life-threatening.
They also say a black coloured vehicle with damage to the passenger side was seen travelling towards Islandbridge.
