Gardaí appeal for information after thugs beat man senseless on Irish Rail train




Gardaí in Tipperary are asking for help from the public regarding an incident that happened on an Irish Rail train last week, reports The Mirror.

The incident took place on Thursday, November 16th on a train that was travelling between Limerick Colbert and Limerick Junction stations.

The train left Colbert at 4:50 pm and arrived at Limerick Junction at approximately 5:20 pm.

During the incident, a passenger was injured and several other passengers came to their aid, reports The Mirror.

The gardai are now requesting that those passengers come forward and provide any information that they have.

A spokesperson for the Gardaí in Tipperary stated, “We are appealing to the public for information regarding an incident that occurred on a train travelling between Limerick Colbert and Limerick Junction stations on Thursday afternoon, November 16th,” reports The Mirror.

“Anyone with information in relation to this matter that can assist Gardaí with their investigation is asked to contact Tipperary Town Garda Station on 062 80670, or the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111,” reports The Mirror.
