Gardai appeal for social media sharing of missing Co Kerry man Barry Ahern




Gardai in Co Kerry have issued an appeal to the public for their assistance in order to trace the whereabouts of a missing 47-year-old man missing from Ballylongford.

The man Barry Ahern has not been seen since Monday September 11th when he left his home in Tullahinell, Ballylongford.

Mr Ahern is described as being 5 foot 8 inches in height, of thin build with a shaved head and brown eyes.

When he was last seen Barry was wearing a black woolly hat with grey stripe, brown check padded shirt, blue jacket, black chino jeans, and sky blue runners.

Gardaí and Barry’s family say they are deeply concerned for his well being and are urging anyone with any information or who can assist in locating him to contact them at Listowel Garda Station on 068-50820, the Garda Confidential Line 1800 666 111 or any Garda Station.
