Gardaí in Waterford have issued an appeal for the public’s help in order to trace the whereabouts of missing 21-year-old man Kieran Walsh.
Kieran was reportedly last seen walking from the city centre at approximately 1.20am this morning, February 13th. It is believed that Kieran may have been heading towards the Grannagh area. Kieran is described as being 5’10”, of stocky build and with brown hair. When last seen Kieran was wearing a black cardigan and navy jeans.
