19-year-old Tiernán Archer has been missing since Thursday April 28. The last sighting of him was at 9am yesterday, when was dropped off at Galway Technical Institute.
Tiernán usually wears thick framed glasses, and his brother Breffni says that Tiernán has a bit more facial shadow around his face since the photo was taken.
