Gardai are this evening asking anyone with information pertaining to a recent alleged sexual assault in Cork to come forward.
The incident is alleged to have occurred in the Connolly Rd / Vicars Rd area of Ballyphehane, Cork, in the early hours of August 24.
Gardai are particularly looking for a man who made an anonymous phone call about the alleged assault, but anyone with information is being asked to contact Togher Garda Station on 021 494712 or the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 66-61-11.
