Gardai in Co Laois have arrested four men following the discovery of €3.9m worth of cannabis.
It is understood that the seizure was made when Gardai stopped and searched a vehicle in the Raheen area on Wednesday.
Gardai say two men aged in their 30s were taken to Portlaoise Garda Station, whilst two others aged in their 40s were taken to Tullamore Garda Station.
They added that an investigation is currently ongoing.
