Gardai in Dublin have arrested a man aged in his 30s after another man was injured following an alleged assault this afternoon.
It is understood that the arrest comes after a man aged in his 50s sustained injuries following the incident which occurred in Baldoyle this afternoon at approximately 1pm.
Gardai say the injured man was taken to Dublin’s Beaumont Hospital for treatment on non life threatening injuries.
They added that a man aged in his 30s has been arrested and is currently being questioned at Clontarf Garda Station.
