Gardai have arrested six people following a high-speed chase across Finglas in Dublin overnight.
The incident began at around 9pm on Thursday evening, after gardai spotted a car driving recklessly in the Cardiffsbridge Road area of Finglas. Gardai gave chase, and the offending vehicle crashed into two other squad cars before coming to a halt in the Abbotstown Avenue area.
Gardai arrested the driver, a man in his 30s, right at the scene. Five other people who were passengers in the car were also arrested and later released.
