
Gardai have arrested two men in relation to a string of burglaries across counties Limerick and Clare.
In Limerick, patrolling gardai caught a man red-handed as a man hurried out of premises in O’Connell St. following a burglary on July 31. The man, aged in his 40s, was taken to Henry St. Garda Station for questioning. He’s also the chief suspect in a number of other burglaries in the area.
In Co. Clare, Gardai saw a man jumping out of a side window following reports of suspicious activity in the area. The man, aged in his 30s, was apprehended after a short chase on foot.
