31-year-old Dean Roche was last seen on Sunday, March 22, at Newpark, Kilkenny.
He’s 5’ 8’’ in height, of slight build, has green eyes and short brown hair.
When last seen, he was wearing a black zip up tracksuit top and bottoms with white runners.
